Snuggy bed, healthy eating, lie-ins, courage, strawberries and cream icecream, girly nights out, family, diet coke, laughing, saving, pancakes, shiny hair, courage, smell of baking, cinema dates, new car, starry nights, sleepovers.

Girls Night Out

Is there anything in the world better than a night out dancing with your best friends? I'm gonna say no. This past weekend we finally got the chance to all be in the same town on the same night. No exams, no work and no placements. It was such a fun night as we danced the night away, caught up with what's going on in each other's lives and made whole new memories. Fun.



Week Four

This week I finally got to drive my oh so lovely new car, spent time with the niblings, pretended we lived in the olden days and ate olden days sweets, had a fab girls night out, had pancakes for brunch, attended a party with my whoooooole family and shoppped a little. I also worked but that's no fun so I'm excluding it.



I love this year. Amen.

Week Three

Already I've decided that I love 2012. It's going hunky dorily so far and I'm very over excited about the next 11.5 months. Quick recap.

Tiny Shiny Twins

I don't think I mentioned this way back when, but back in November our family welcomed two tiny shiny new baby girls. Meet Holly and Lexi.

They are beyond adorable and there have been several times that I've come close to squishing the cute lil guts out of them. 

Week Two

This week mostly consisted of work and some work. I'm tired but can't wait to spend my wage this week :)

Therefore photos this week are slack and mainly consist of food.

I promise to do better next week.

I did a 15hour work day this week but Lyndyhop and I snuck off to the Chinese right beside work. I'd never been. How FANCY is the entrance?

Week One

I started off the New Year being sick. So I got to spend a few days in my cosy bed. I snapped out of my funk by having an all girly night out, got back into the swing of things in work and eating healthily and said goodbye to the Christmas tree. 

Watched Dirty Dancing for the first time ever and loved every second.

Dear Ohsolovely Christmas Tree,

I, Michaela, would like to thank you for your sparkly, cosy, welcoming prettiness over the last month. I protested to taking you down (ever) but I lost. And so into boxes you went and made me very sad. But thanks for making me very happy and being so lovely.

Happy 2012!!

I'm three days behind (which have been spent in work and in bed with a tummy bug)

but I am so ready to start what's set to be the most amazingly terrific year EVER!!

I can feel it.
